Mark Brideau, Owner
You might say that Mark Brideau has oil in his veins. Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, began working at his father’s heating oil company as a youth. Founded Brideau Oil in 1987, and has been coming to work for almost 30 years. Mark is clearly a hands-on business owner, as he put it, “If I don’t look out for the company, who will?”
The only thing that Mark absolutely demands of every employee is that they care about customer satisfaction as much as he does. And that they do their very best to ensure that every single interaction they have with a customer is a positive one.
Mark Brideau, Jr., Service Manager
Mark Brideau, Jr. has been employed by Brideau Oil for 14 years. Starting at the bottom and working his way up to Service Manager today. He’s a licensed home comfort technician and certified as a building analyst by the Building Performance Institute (BPI). His key responsibilities include planning and overseeing service and installations and making sure that all work is completed to the highest standards that customers expect from Brideau Energy.
Pam Peeler, Office Manager
Pam is the Office Manager at Brideau Energy. She came to Brideau Oil when the company acquired Ashby Oil in 2006, where she worked for many years. With a BS degree in Business from Fitchburg State University. Her responsibilities are too many to list. Her key accomplishments are to take care of our customers’ accounts with accuracy and efficiency, with the help of the office staff. She is here to answer any questions regarding your account and to assist with Budget and Price Protection Plans.
